Her regular photos and videos were thoughtful, and she clearly showed warmth and care for our cats. We booked and paid for a 3-night overnight house-sitting stay, but a few days before, she let us know she would not be staying overnight due to a scheduling conflict. That said, she spent several hours each day at the house as her schedule allowed, which we truly appreciated. Her kindness made communication pleasant. While a few care details didn’t go exactly as discussed during our orientation or outlined in the written care instructions, we’re thankful she was there for our kitties when we couldn’t be, and we would consider her support again in the future if she would agree.”

“Heather is an excellent sitter and friend to my cats. In her first meeting with the cats, she actively engaged them, bringing a peacock-feather teaser to tempt them into playing. She left it behind so the cats could get familiar with her scent before I left town and she took over. I am confident in the unlikely event of one of them having a health emergency, she would remain calm and respond appropriately. This matters to me, as one of my cats is nearly 19 years old. Heather impressed me the other day, about 3 weeks after her visit, asking what my vet said about a lump we both noticed on her neck. Heather is a good listener, takes careful notes on your preferences, and asks questions. You can trust her with your kids when you need to be away. She cares and she's fun.”

“I have been nervous for a while to use rover for my two kitties and Allison coming and staying at my house showed me why I did not need to be worried! Allison loved and cared for my cats so much! She gave them their daily medicines with food, worked with my automatic litter boxes, and most importantly played and loved on them so much! She was very very communicative and responsive and also sent me so many cute pictures! I always miss my cats so much when I’m gone so this helped me a lot! I also frequently asked how things were going and Allison was very responsive which helped reassure me! She also left my home neat and tidy how it was left for her which was nice to come home to!
