The meet-and-greet beforehand was especially appreciated and very helpful — it gave us confidence that everyone would be comfortable and on the same page. She was respectful of our home, clearly loves cats, and treated ours like her own. We especially appreciated how attentive she was to his personality and needs — making time for play and cuddles while also reading his cues and giving him space when needed.
