Feline Happiness Specialist

Hi! I’m Marta. I work with taxes - yep, I'm the nerd who loves all the little details and puzzles that come with it. But my real passion? Pets, especially cats. I adore how independent they are and how you have to earn their trust, but once you do, even the tiniest sign of affection feels like winning the lottery!

Since my current place doesn’t allow cats (Fingers crossed for a move soon! Thanks, housing crisis!), I get my dose of vitamin C-at through petsitting. My boyfriend has a cat who’s basically mine too, since I do all the maintenance and care around him and I love him to bits. I’ve also petsat my colleagues’ cats and dogs plenty of times and they always come back to me! Hanging out with furry friends, watching them play or just getting cuddles is my favorite way to relax and recharge.

I’ve loved animals since I was a kid - I had a cat and a few hamsters, all in great health until their last days. My grandparents owned a farm in Poland and I helped out with everything: their dog, chickens, cows… you name it. I like to think I still have those farm skills, though sadly, my current apartment doesn’t exactly allow me to wrangle cows or chase chickens around, but if you need help with making a cow, I could refresh my farming skills!

I can offer plenty of cuddles, playtime and companionship. Since I can work remotely, I’m happy to stay longer during the day if your kitty needs extra company. I’m an excellent treat provider - my boyfriend’s cat doesn’t complain, though my boyfriend might, since I’ve become the "cool cat-parent"! I will make sure your furry friend feels happy and loved while you’re away.

I don’t have experience giving medication or injections to cats yet, but I’m more than willing to learn if you show me.
