Hi! I’m Begum, a lifelong cat lover based in Amsterdam for the past two years. I work as a freelance ceramic teacher, which means I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your beloved feline friend. I’ve grown up surrounded by cats and have always had a natural connection with them. I’ve also helped raise and care for two abandoned kittens, taking over their full-time care after their mother left them. Over the years, friends traveling for extended periods have trusted me to look after their cats, and I’ve loved every moment of it. This opportunity not only allows me to earn some extra income, but also to spend time doing something that truly brings me joy: being around cats.

I can visit your home or spend the night to provide fresh food and water, clean food bowls and litter boxes, and of course spend quality time with your cat—whether that means playtime, cuddles, or just quiet companionship. If your cat loves affection, I’ll happily offer plenty of snuggles. If they’re more independent and prefer space, I’ll respect that completely. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and at ease while you’re away.
