Her adequate response and good communication during my trip made me confident that my cat was in good hands. My cat does not make friends easily, but Justine has won a lot of Whoopy's trust in a relatively short time.

I couldn't be happier with Justine services. She showed professionalism and genuine care from the start. I received regular updates and photos, which eased my mind. She interacted with my cat, making her feel safe and loved, and followed all my instructions regarding feeding and hygiene.

Justine took really good care of our young cat for a week (food, water, playing). She sent us photos / videos daily.

Justine went above and beyond when taking care of our Mici. She followed our instructions while also considering Mici's needs in the moment. She is very knowledgeable and caring, Mici instantly warmed up to her. She was also always on time and updated us with pictures and videos of good quality. I highly recommend her!

The responsible catsitter has been on time every day to feed the cat, clean the litterbox, and play with the cat. Justine also provide video and photo reports for each day.
