Very experienced cat sitter, cat owner and cat foster carer

I've been catsitting regularly for a few years through another website. I like to travel so having my own cat at the moment isn't practical, but I'm so glad that there's a way that I still get to enjoy feline company.

Asides from the cats that my family had when I was growing up, I had one special cat who was mine. I met him through being a cat foster carer. He was one of the first cats I looked after as a foster home and I fell in love with him. Fostering cats means that I've had my share of demanding moggies, but I can honestly say that I've never met a cat that I didn't love. I've had cats all my life and it feels like there's something missing to be in a home without one. They've always been my most valued companions and family members.

I've looked after every possible kind of puss, from solo cats to multiple-cat households (4 indoor cats was the most); high-energy kittens to older, frailer cats; outdoor cats to indoor cats; cats who are used to all kinds of company to cats who are semi-ferral and nervous of humans; healthy cats and cats with special needs. I've catsat for a blind cat, cats that needed to be hand-fed, and cats who needed injections or other medications.

I meet your cat on their level and will make them feel as safe and secure as possible. If they want lots of cuddles, affection and/or play, then I am more than happy to oblige. If they are shy or nervous and prefer to keep their distance then I will always respect that. Any interaction will be on their terms. If they have medication needs then I will make sure any tablets or injections are given as quickly and smoothly as possible with the least possible amount of discomfort.
