Joanna has been fantastic! It was lovely meeting her, she clearly loves cats, she followed our guidance and adjusted when needed (it was very hot for a few days and she took care to cool the flat and give the cat extra attention). Her daily video updates are an absolute treat!

Joanne heeft heel goed voor mijn kat Jip gezorgd. Ze heeft leuke video updates gestuurd. Ze reageert snel en is betrouwbaar. Bij kennismaking merkte ik meteen dat Jip zich op zijn gemak voelde bij haar. Bij thuiskomst was alles netjes en Jip zag er goed uit. Ik kan Joanna zeker aanraden en zou haar weer inschakelen als ik een oppas nodig heb.

We received the sweetest videos that captured very well the character and state of being of our cats. That made us feel comfortable but also missing them a little bit more ;)

Joanna is so far the best cat sitter we have ever been in touch with. Hard to do better than this.

She took care of our two cats for two weeks. During that time, she sent us daily pictures but also really nice videos showing us our cats living their best life with her. We arrived home and they both seemed to be happy and well :) No bad surprises, no miscommunication: everything was easy and on point. I bet our cats can’t wait for us to leave again so they can spend more time with Joanna.

Joanna is lovely, she met us beforehand to make sure she understood all of our cats needs. And while we were away she sent us daily updates and pictures so we knew how they were getting on. She even managed to pet our really shy cat which says a lot about Joanna as that particular cat doesn't allow many people to touch her!
