Xin was great with Seoul! I got updates everyday (2x a day) and Seoul seemed comfortable and happy around her. I definitely recommend Xin for other cats. She is kind, respectful and understands how to approach even shy cats like mine.

Xin was very kind and took great care of Pushkin and Buggy when we left for our holiday. She was reliable and quick to respond to messages, sending us videos while we were gone. She even went out of her way to take care of some litter box issues Buggy was having, and left us a sweet welcome note. I would recommend booking Xin!
