Totally Awesome! - We were gone for 7 days and because we work out of the home, we were worried about leaving our cats for so long.. She loved our cats and our cats loved her. Very professional. Even when our litter scoop broke, she bought a new one without even mentioning it. Problem Managed! Lots of videos and pics everyday. When we got home, the cats were happy..... and that is the most important to us. My only concern is that Gisela gets too popular and is not available to take care of our cats! Gisela was so kind and caring with our two cats. Based on the videos and photos she sent daily, it looked like the cats loved having her around! She played with them, fed them, cleaned up after them, and cuddled with them. She was also super flexible with our last minute travel plans and careful to follow our instructions, which was so appreciated. We felt very secure leaving our cats with Gisela and we will use her again! Highly recommended!
